Tranexamic Acid+Mefenamic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid. This medication is used to treat pain and is used to treat heavy bleeding during menstrual cycle (monthly periods) in women.

should not be given to children as safety and efficacy have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with MEFENAMIC ACID+TRANEXAMIC ACID as it could lead to increased drowsiness and dizziness, it might also increase the risk of stomach bleeding.
